Bridgewater Cove is Amerwest's luxury condominium development community off Lemay Ferry Road in South St. Louis County. Amerwest chose Branham Electric as the project's electrical contractor. (Branham Electric was acquired by Suburban Electrical Services in September 2022.)

• 1 clubhouse with pool
• 125 carports
• Temporary lighting and power
