Lakewood Apartments is Pioneer Construction's intimate multifamily development located in the heart of Jefferson County, Missouri. Pioneer chose Branham Electric as the electrical contractor on this project because of the project's scale. (Branham Electric was acquired by Suburban Electrical Services in September 2022.)  

Scope of Work -

• 11 buildings consisting of 312 one and two bedroom garden style apartments
• 1 clubhouse with pool
• 198 exterior garages
• 1 maintenance building
• 1 mail kiosk
• 1 trash compactor
• 1 satellite equipment room
• Turnkey street, parking lot and landscape lighting system
• Turnkey electrical utility installation
