Branham Electric awarded the electrical subcontracting for the Ashwood Apartments, St. Charles MO, by Amerwest Development Corporation out of St. Louis, MO. Located in St. Charles County at the corner of Highway 94 and Harvest Town Industrial Drive. (Branham Electric was acquired by Suburban Electrical Services in September 2022.)
Scope of Work -
- 10 garden style apartment buildings consisting of 172 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units
- 1 clubhouse with pool
- 2 mail kiosks
- 1 trash compactor
- Turnkey utility and street light installation pkg.
Branham Electric completed the project on time and on budget within 14 months.
